About Flower & Garden
About Bloem & Tuin
Opening flowers, green trees, outdoor cafés and whistleling birds; outdoor life is waking up. Many gardens and balconies are transformed into real works of art. More and more people discover that working in the garden can be relaxing and fun to do. For all these people Bloem & Tuin is a true discovery.
For ten days the woods of Gulbergen rural estate come alive with the sights and smells of the finest collections of plants and flowers. Bloem & Tuin’s unique location, in the middle of the woods, will get you in the mood immediately. Take a deep breath and plunge into a wealth of beauty and colour.
In 2012 Bloem & Tuin will be organised for the 19th time. Over the years, it has grown into the largest outdoor garden event in the Benelux countries. As a result of the enthousiastic reactions of visitors and exhibitors we will even extend the offer in 2011. Since we keep a close track of the latest developments in the field of gardening, we can present new and surprising products as well as the latest trends.
You will find several food outlets on your way through the woods.
There is a baby care room, a first aid station (EHBO) and facilities for disabled people, such as free available wheelchairs (as long as supplies last) and an adapted toilet. The footpaths will be maintained daily, so that riding in a wheelchair is possible. Dogs are alowed if kept on a leash and there are several watering places for dogs.
